Newton's Third Law :)

Newton's 3rd law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. All forces are an interaction between two objects and whenever two things interact, there is a action and reaction force. An action and reaction forces act on each other in opposite directions.

Newtons Third Law applies when the snowboarder turns the board and digs it into the snow. The snow pushes back and stops the board from going further.
